Delivery Policy

1. Delivery timelines

Estimated timelines are provided when your order is confirmed. Typical delivery estimates are:

• South Africa: approximately 48 hours after dispatch for major routes.
• International: approximately 3-4 working days after dispatch, excluding customs delays.

These timelines are estimates only and may change due to operational or customs factors. Please also allow approximately 3-7 working days for production after final customer approval is received.

2. Couriers, tracking and insurance

Parcels are shipped through trusted courier partners with tracking. A waybill/tracking reference is sent after dispatch. Insurance options are available and recommended for high-value shipments.

3. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are quoted per shipment and depend on destination, parcel value and selected insurance. Any quoted insurance component is billed separately where applicable.

4. Customs and import duties

International pricing does not include destination customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage or import taxes unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. You are responsible for these charges in your destination country.

5. Undeliverable and returned parcels

If a parcel is undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional courier costs may apply where the original failure resulted from incorrect address details, unavailable recipient or refusal to accept shipment.

6. Collection option

Collection may be available by arrangement at our Cape Town office. Collection requires matching proof of identity and order/payment documentation.

7. Loss or damage in transit

Where insured shipping is selected, claims are handled under the relevant insurer/courier terms. For uninsured shipments, liability is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
